UK Delivery Options
Royal Mail First Class. This means that your goods will be processed as standard and posted by Royal Mail 1st class. Orders placed by 15:00 for this type of delivery will usually be despatched the same day. Ordered goods will usually arrive within 3 working days for most of the UK mainland.
UK Next Day delivery means that orders are processed as a priority and despatched by our courier for the next working delivery day.
- If your order is placed before 13:00 it will be shipped as a priority for delivery the next working day.
- If your order is placed after 13:00 it will take 1-2 working days.
This excludes the Scottish Highlands, Scottish Isles, Isle of Mann and Ireland, where delivery time will be longer.

Weight NOTE: All of our Goods are generally heavy and thus our delivery charging is based on weight and will increase as the total weight rises. This is clear to see in the View Cart when you add goods.
What Delivery Method will we use?
Please note that due to the nature of our business most items are heavy and bulky. Therefore delivery charges will reflect this.
Any goods under 2kg and £85 will be sent via Royal Mail First Class at £6.50, unless the customer expresses a guaranteed next day courier delivery.
Any goods over the value of £85 will be sent via our Next Day Courier Service. From £10.00 to England & Wales.
Any goods over the weight of 2kg will be sent via our Next Day Courier Service. From £10.00 to England & Wales.
Delivery to the Scottish Highlands from £30; Scottish Isles and Isle of Scilly from £45; Isle of Mann and Channel Islands from £65; Northern Ireland from £32.50, EIRE from £45.
Delivering to your address
Once an order has been processed the delivery address for that order cannot be changed. And we are also unable to redirect mail once an order has been processed.
If you use a residential address for the delivery, please ensure that someone will be in to sign and collect the delivery between the hours of 08:00 & 18:00. Failure to do so will mean the Courier will initially leave a card. If upon a further attempt at a delivery fails then you maybe charged for a re-delivery of your order.
International Delivery Options
All international deliveries will be fully trackable. An e-mail will be sent to you with the couriers tracking facilities included.
The price of this service is dependent on the weight, size and delivery country or region.
Missing or Damaged Parcel
Firstly you must inspect any package/s that are delivered for mistreatment and or damage. If a package is damaged then you must inform the delivery driver and sign for the item as damaged. If possible please inspect the contents with the courier present.
Failure to inspect the delivered package and signing for it as damaged, then finding that the box and or contents are damaged will result in no claim being able to be made against Tubela or the Courier.
