This machine provides great versatility and accuracy with the Rotary easily attached to the H3PR unit.
The main advantage of the Rotary attachment is that it enables the use of a Knife Edge Guide. This type of guide slides inside the specially machined Former and encases the whole of the tube and so supports it's shape during the bend.
This is why the Rotary can bend light or medium gauge tube as the guide supports the tube during the bend and protects the tube from surface damage.
The balanced scissor linkage converts linear ram travel into a smooth rotary bending action and due to its design. This allows you to bend tubes that are unsuitable for press-bending.
The clever design of a Pin & Strap which holds the tube to the former allows bends to be formed in close proximity and in various planes.
The H3PR Rotary is designed to bend light or medium gauge Steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminium or Copper tubes.
